- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I had a horrible experience with Dr. Greenfield. Besides the fact he over book appts and you wait an hr in the waiting room with other sick patients that are upset that he shows up 30 min late and scrolls in. My time is as important as his too. His front desk girls are busy talking or on their phones and are truly unprofessional. My nose was so congested for weeks and I do not have serious allergies or sinus issues and all he did was prescribe medication that made it worse. He never came in the exam room with knowledge of what was going on, he had to ask. Not at all prepared!!!!!! when I took the meds it was like cement was in my nasal passage. I finally went to see a wonderful and professional ENT Dr Grosso also in Plainview who took much time examing me and reading all my all my test results that Dr Greenfield had me take but never look at them. I was working around for over 3 wks with a severe Broch viris infection. Thank God Dr Grosso gave me the proper meds and I was fine in 3 wks. The ordeal I went through was horrible and made me so nervous from not beening about to breath for over a month. Squeeze your nostrils and that is how I had to breath through my mouth. I was so dried up from all the meds that Dr Greeenfield told me to take that it took 2 months to clear my nasal passage back to some normal.January 03, 2017by Lucia Fabbo
